If not it, library not legit & home made conversion type. Don't even know whether RA even ever used Kontakt or was legit. RA is an way old East West library from ages back that ran on Kontakt B4 East West developed their own propriety system & utilised Kontakt.
Could be a few reasons, also depends upon what specific set up you are running.
